How I did it: Well, I decided to get the vertical industrial instead of a short scaffold, and it looks great, I get so many comments on it, and I've never seen anyone with a piercing like this before.  The guy I went to even too a picture for his portfolio. 

It does have some drawbacks however.  It takes a really long time to heal, as my other industrial did, but this one takes alot longer.  I couldn't sleep with my right ear down for a long time.  It doesn't really hurt at all anymore, I believe it's been almost a year since I got it, but it does get irritated if I sleep on it alot or get hit in the head where it is, whereas none of my other piercings have this much trouble. 

Still, I wouldn't get rid of it unless I have to!
