How I did it: Travelled by plane / rented car. Stayed in Adelaide area most of the time. Traveled from Adelaide to Melbourne along the coast (Great Ocean Road). Also visited Brisbane and Surfer's Paradise (Gold Coast) among others.

Lessons & tips: Driving in left hand traffic can be tricky at first ;)
