How to work out at least twice a week
How I did it: I got a Wii Fit and have consistently racked up 30 Wii Fit points at least three days a week. I love it. I had been going to the gym in the fall, but with everyone's new year's resolutions I didn't want to fight for space. This way I can work out in a variety of ways without having to bundle up and leave my house, and I have a concrete way to measure my progress.
