How to drink more water daily
How I did it: I found it really difficult as all my life I have failed to drink enough water. I read a lot and found out exactly how good for you it is, and I really committed myself to the challenge. I was really desperate to drink less fizzy drinks and coffee. I had a drive. You need to have a real drive to get through it. I now only drink one fizzy drink a week, and I've given up coffee for good, which was another goal of mine, and was mainly sorted out by me drinking more water! It's definitely worth it! Good luck!
Lessons & tips:
1. Try to make sure that the only drink you have is water- this really helps.
2. If you're going out try to drink bottled water, as you can carry it around with you.
3. If your lips are dry, it means you need to drink more water.
4. If you are thirsty it means that you have been dehydrated for a while already.
5. Always keep a glass in your room / office etc and refill it every time it gets empty.
6. Aim to finish each glass of water within 30 minutes - 45 minutes, and REFILL!
