How to bake a cake from scratch
It made me
happy 
"Throw away the cake mixes! It feels good to make it all on your own."
How I did it: I collected various recipes from cookbooks, the food network and the internet. I no longer bought boxed mixes. I told myself I would only bake from scratch from here on out....and I have stuck to that!
