"Wonderful!"
How I did it: I started with a 30 day challenge to exercise at least 30 minutes a day. I put an envelope on my mirror that listed Day 1, Day 2 , Day 3 and I only kept it in 3 day increments to keep me motivated. Every day after I finished, I got to put COMPLETE next to the day and a huge check mark! It made me feel so good about myself to have completed that day! It was great! It feels great! My skin looks great and I feel fantastic! I continued and I am finishing my 60 day challenge to make the habit is ingrained, but I was hooked after 30 days! It is a part of my life now!
Lessons & tips: It really does take 21 days to make a habit! Do a 30 day challenge and you have a new habit for life!!!
