How I did it: Over the last couple of weeks I have spent some very special early morning moments watching the sunrise while nursing my new baby son. It's very soothing to sit quietly and watch the stars fade and the sky lighten from that first faint blue tinge to full sunshiney daylight.

Not too hard a goal to achieve - just find out what time sunrise is where you are, set an alarm and find somewhere nice to watch the event :)
