How to read at least one book a month
"consicously creating time just for me, and my latest story, was a great way to learn to chill out and relax."
How I did it: I've always loved to read, but with uni and work, i just had no time. This goal helped me get back to the state of enjoying fiction and time to myself. I learnt to read out of my usual genres by starting a book club with my friends, and trained myself to always keep something to read with me. I would often read more then one book at a time, to keep life varied. If i got tired of reading I would pop my head back into something light, abit trashy, or an old favourite. Harry potter books were my saviours!
Lessons & tips: - started a book club with all my friends
- always had a book in my bag to read in idle moments
