How to feel good
How I did it: I knew things weren't right. One day I just didn't have the energy to walk anymore so I went to immediate care and had blood tests. I found out I have Hashimoto's - hypothyrodism. I've been on medication for almost 4 months now and I've been taking several supplements including Resveritrol. I've been going to the gym and yoga regularly.
Lessons & tips: Before I could get into a routine of healthy practices I had to decided that I needed to take time for myself. I didn't work for a few months (I'm a full time student) and took the time to get healthy again. What good am I if I don't feel good? I made adjustments in my life and slowly started adding things to my regimen. It takes at least 21 days to make a habit. Now I feel whole again. I am healthy and I have more energy now than I could ever imagine.
Resources: Powdered greens and purples every day, resveritrol, l-carnitine, astaxanthan, ribose, coq10. Thyroid medicine, excercise, yoga, daily routine.
