How I did it: I went and bought it, a helmet, a lock and an airpump. I just fell in love with one bike and got it. Even though a lot of bike aficionados tell me my bike is cheaply made and basically not worth what I paid for it. I like it very much and I enjoy owning it.

Lessons & tips: Don't think about getting something you really want and have wanted for a while. Make it a priority and get it.
