How I did it: first thing important is strong resolve.
started with popular 7 day GM diet which apart from reducing weight is good to cleanse your body. Thereafter kept a check on what I eat, avoided excess and junk calories. Started training for marathon, was burning around 300-500 calories by running. Replaced fat in my diet with carbs and proteins.
Lessons & tips: be patient! better to loose your weight gradually than rapidly
