How to find at least one thing each day that makes me happy and record it everyday for a year
How I did it: I got addicted to this goal... so much that now that it's over I miss it and I find myself more than 6 months later filling this blank box.
Some days it was hard to find something to say because there are days when really nothing goes well, but in the end you always find something positive, even the tiny things and it makes you go further and bring positive vibes in your life which in turn bring more positive outcomes! I miss that feeling, it really is a great "thing" to do :)
