How to start writing again

How I did it: Writing for me just takes a lot of motivation. I am usually motivated to sit down and write a paper (last semester, I did tons of papers.) But to sit down and write something fresh and new and innovative, is really hard.
I started writing stories again this summer. At first they were very short and only mere exercises, or fandom based, but they got me writing! My ADD just won't allow me to sit down for long though, so my long stories that I've started haven't gotten very far.
But I have started writing again, albeit, not as much as I would have liked. This is an ongoing process!

truthsayer226 What we need are more ppl who specialize in the impossible.
I don’t have ADD and I have problems disciplining myself to write. I enjoy writing but it takes more motivation than I have sometimes. Writing at 43T helps me get warmed up and motivated. Whatever you do, keep pushing. writing is a journey not a destination.
