How to drop the lbs
How I did it: When longterm boyfriend I love & mistakenly feel is my The One drops me, like it's hot, I feel anxious and grieve.
When anxious and grieving, I don't eat because I'm nauseated and stressed.
When not eating, one tends to lose water weight and eventually become malnutritioned and dehydrated.
These things are BAD.
Move to a place (spiritually and/or spatially) where eating is again possible.
Helps if this place requires miles of hiking a day and is far from fast-foods, thus requiring what you do eat to be healthy-ish.
After some time happy and around eat-out establishments, find yourself in the same predicament as initiated above.
Drop MORE lbs. Combine with gym membership.
Use good sense and friggin' eat even if you feel you're gonna hurl; thin may be in, as long as you are healthy!
Lessons & tips: Exercise and sensible eating are the keys.
Disregard the signals your distressed body sends about not eating; you don't want a warped relationship with food to overcome.
