How to create my own website
How I did it:
- I chose my web address within what I had available.
- A friend with far more computer knowledge than I had set up a staging site with password protection so I could see the results of my work.
- I learned some basic HTML writing.
- I chose what the content of my site would be.
- I figured out what I needed to do to have ease of navigation for the site.
- I asked people along the way what they thought of the site.
- I released version one to the live site, and asked for more feedback.
Lessons & tips: It's always a good idea to start out small, I think. I built my site from individual files for each page, and that is extremely tedious since I have 50+ pages that are on my site. Before I start working on version two, I think I need to learn how to do something different to make it easier to make changes to the site.
When it comes to getting feedback, if you choose to do that, keep in mind that ultimately it is your site and you have the final vote. Don't let everything stress you out and keep it in limbo for very long. It's not possible to keep everyone happy.

website
These days you really don’t need to know html. Your website could be made from a blog architecture – probably the easiest way possible (eg. Wordpress). You can also download really good quality templates and just change a few bits and pieces eg. www.templatemonster.com. If anything, for building your own site – learning Photoshop it the go.
Good luck :)
I also want do it
I think it is diffilut but work hard it is easy.I will built wordpress all by my self
I did this
I built mine using Yahoo Sitebuilder. I took me a couple of days or so to get the website up. It was worth it and I felt a sense of accomplishment. It’s a select and drop type of thing, but it has helped me to understand and appreciate all of the work that a webmaster has to complete.
A good camera is an asset. Knowing a photographer is invalualbe.
