How to have a dinner party

"It was a really nice change of pace to hang out casually with my friends while being all dressed up."
How I did it: My girl friends and I went to Meijer to pick up ingredients. We decided on a cultural theme and to make everything from scratch. We cooked up some foods from Mexico, Armenia, and France, and invited over our guy friends to eat (but only if they dressed up). Before they got there, we changed into our dresses and set the table with some fancy glasses and dishes, and when they arrived we dug in! It was a LOT of fun.
