How to greet each day with an outstanding attitude
How I did it: Before I lay my self to rest each might I write a list of 6 to do things I must accomplish the next day. This allows me to accomplish at least these six tasks and have something to look forward to, and to pray each night for the new day that is yet to come.
Lessons & tips: Be thankful for your life that you have and ask your self what are you doing to make your mark/make a difference in this world and do what you can do to more. Get involved with your community by volunteering is a start. Become spiritual, practice a healthy life style, and start living the life you have always wanted by being a positive new you. I guarantee these tips will help you greet each day with an outstanding attitude and a new prospective.
Resources: Get the blood and heart pumping each morning by doing a 2 min. fast work out to pump and increase your metabolism, example, jumping jacks, running in place, push ups, before you start your work day, and drink green tea and plenty of water instead of processed drinks or coffee to help you start a positive day.
