How to strengthen my immune system
How I did it: Every single day i practice yoga, ashtanga yoga mostly. I also drink green smoothies with kale, hemp, garlic. I eat a lot of raw vegetables and fruits. I keep a clear mind free of clutter and surround myself with what i consider happiness.
Lessons & tips: Don't stress out, stress causes illness.
