How to improve my posture
How I did it: It's hard to keep good posture when slouching over a desk all day. I was finally able to buy Wii Fit (off Amazon - it's always sold out everywhere) and I use it daily. After breakfast, I use it for about 15 minutes before heading to work (mostly doing the yoga to invigorate my tired self), and then again in the evening. This usually adds up to around 30 minutes a day.
I love how the software monitors my center of balance and actually forces me to focus on staying stable and not putting too much weight on either leg. I really think it's helping me focus on how I carry myself and how I move. Without it, I'm not sure I'd find the motivation.
