How to find solution to rid my neighbors second hand smoke that seeps into my apt and MY LUNGS
It made me
vindicated! 
"Clean, healthy fresh way of living"
How I did it: Placed flyers ondoors, moved my bedroom furniture, tried to offer to pay neighbor to smoke outside only, called american lung association, checked second hand smoke laws, eventually moved out.
Lessons & tips: make sure when you move in- even though it doesnt smell like som on the main areas taht you check your lease and see if it is a non smoking building not a non smoking common area only.
