How to go back to therapy
How I did it: Got mum to give me my therapist's number, gave him a ring, left a message, waited for him to call back and arrange a session time - then when that was done, I got the bus to the train station, and got the train to his office
(I don't think I needed to go into *that* much detail, but you need a 150 character minimum for how you did it, so there you go, total rundown)
Lessons & tips: Just do it! Hehe, therapy is a good way of getting things off your chest when you feel as if you can't talk to anyone else about your problems.
