How I did it: We didn't just do a cookout. We drove six hours down to New Braunfels, Texas, where we camped out for three days, tubed the river, and had multiple cook outs. That's what I call going big!
Lessons & tips: Make sure SOMEONE has grilled before, haha . . . though we did just fine.
