How I did it: seriously. Go see them. There's a nice, full description there of how I managed to overcome fear altogether, etc. etc... just using up the 150 char minimum here lol. so yah, go read it, it's very descriptive and such. It may or may not work for you. but I'm definitely too lazy to type it all again lol. k, cheers.
