How I did it: In a way, the (used-to-be) horrible state of my fingernails was debilitating. It was just another hindrance holding me back from being the best I can be.
{Plus I have nice nails now ;D}
Lessons & tips: The saying, "It takes twenty-one days to break a habit," is true. I counted the days exactly and by today, I no longer had the desire to bite my nails. Just stop yourself. It's all about self-control and willpower.
Resources: Knowing stopping this was necessary for me to move on.
