How to go gluten free
How I did it: I made up my mind to stop eating gluten. My boyfriend has Celiac Disease and I have a lot of food sensitivities. He suggested that I try a gluten free diet. After about 1 month of being gluten free, I feel brand new! My joints don't hurt constantly. I don't always have gas and the feeling that I am going to poop myself. I no longer have stabbing pains in my stomach when I eat. It's also convenient when I'm with my boyfriend because we have the same dietary restrictions.
Lessons & tips: Print out a list of gluten containing ingredients and carry it with you EVERYWHERE, you'll eventually not need it anymore.
