that is wonderful!
im going to try this myself.
mmmmm~ a mango sounds good! hehehe
How I did it: I originally tried this because I was extremely overweight and thought that it might help. I lost 40lbs in one month and kept it all off. First I researched a little about the raw food lifestyle. I went strictly for foods I did not have to prepare any further than peeling or chopping. I ate a lot of bananas. mangos, carrots, avocados, cucumbers, apples et cetera. I loved the ease with which I could eat food. No prep, very little cleanup and NO man made waste. I ate well on less than 5 dollars a day. In order to not over eat I would go to the grocery early in the morning before work and only buy what I would consume for the day.
Lessons & tips: Be really careful if you start losing weight doing this. I lost weight very rapidly. I was borderline diabetic and the quick drop in weight caused my blood sugar to become very unstable ( I was temporarily hypoglycemic) for a few months. I did the 100% raw diet for a month and then my doctor advised me to eat more "regular foods" to slow my weightloss. I'm happy to say that my blood sugar is normal now. Please be careful if you begin to lose weight and definitely speak to your doctor!

That sounds like a good idea because I tend to “under eat” and get so hungry that I just give in and get some fries from McDonalds.
