How I did it: I got a book on learning how to knit. I also talked to knitters whenever possible. I found websites and bought knitting books. I rented books from our library. It was alot of work but I look at my first scarf everyday. It is great knowing I can make my own clothes and items. It is so much fun and is very relaxing. I went on a crosscountry roadtrip over the summer and knitted alot in the car.
