How to stop procrastinating
How I did it: The easiest way to stop procrastinating is to face your fears and confront the task at hand. Plan accordingly and divide your main goal into smaller manageable steps. Once you reach each step you will be encouraged to go the next. Make sure you clearly identify criteria for closing.
Lessons & tips: So for example if you have to study for a test, identify what is
included in the test, the material you need to cover. Then write down
the steps you need to cover the material and the time in which you need
to cover. And just follow the steps.
