How to see a musical on Broadway
How I did it: I'm English and saw my first Broadway musical 'Chicago' when i was in New York at Christmas, it's definitely worth doing.
I always wanted to see a musical at the west end in London or on Broadway and managed to do both within a month!
Lessons & tips: Tickets are expensive and drinks and snacks etc. are ridiculously
overpriced so expect it to be expensive, don't let the cost put you off
it will be worth it in the end.
It can be fun not booking in advance and getting last minute tickets
because then you get the added excitement of not knowing what your
going to see!
Bare in mind that some seats are much better than others, i got a crick in my neck straining to see the stage from the side and around the head of the tall man in front! Think about your seats before you buy.
good luck.
Resources: The Internet.
hotel concierge's are great at getting tickets even last minuet.
