How I did it: I have a recipe that I personalized, that make sort of cakey and soft ginger breads for people who aren't big fans of the traditional gingerbread (most of my family) and I also have a good recipe for hard gingerbread that makes good gingerbread houses. I made a very elaborate house this year. :O)
