How to climb a mountain
How I did it: I forgot about this as a "goal" but still went hiking about a week ago. I took all my kids and we all went up South Mountain. I picked a easy to moderate hike so the kids could do it and they loved it and when we were done they were happier and calmer than normal. Not really tired just calm. I am going to go more often.
Lessons & tips: pick a route that is on your energy level. bring twice as much water as your think you need and a snack in case you get hungry. (you will get hungry so make it a healthy snack so you can feel good about eating)
