How to identify 100 things that make me happy.
How I did it: I did the list in 3 parts, but would have done as many as needed. I didn't put pressure on myself to complete the list or do it in a certain way.
There are obvious things that make me happy that I was conscious of. Then I became stuck.
I had to reach out and start sorting through parts, especially details. The second part was full of vague details. Things I didn't really consider previously "making me happy".
The third entry, I realized I could no look at "what makes me happy" in the same way I did when I began the list.
By sifting through and listing things I previously believed to be inconsequential, I realized how these small things did bring a certain amount of joy although they are the easiest to miss!
Lessons & tips: Allow yourself to relax. This isn't a to do list. Ha ha.
You may want to change your perspective, or definition of "things that make me happy".
At the end, review and see if the process taught you that you are grasping the happiness that does exist in your life. Or, if you needed to reevaluate or redefine, etc.
