How to have dreadlocks
How I did it: grew my hair out, then found a good loctician and let her do her thing. After several hours in the chair, I had twists in my head which after several months and a lot of maintenance finally began to lock. The first several months are ROUGH - you must have patience during this time. Remember however, that you can and should wash your hair. Don't buy into the myth that you shouldn't wash it. unwashed hair stinks, has dandruff build up and causes you to scratch, which breaks the hair. Take care of your locks and they will look great.
Lessons & tips: 1. KEEP THEM CLEAN
2. be patient
3. don't scratch your head; you will thin your hair.
5. don't over twist them; they will start to break off.
6. KEEP THEM CLEAN
