How to lose 30 pounds

How I did it: strict diet.
protein and veggies,
portion control and EXERCISE!!!!
protein shakes with little to no sugar and under 150 cals.
3x's a day.
very veggie packed meal with a lean meat.
try to stay away from starches.
LIMIT SUGAR INTAKE TO LESS THAN 8mg per meal!!!!
That means REFINED sugars, not natural sugars found in fruit.
LOTS OF WATER. Drink at least 60 oz of water a day.
Lessons & tips: don't give you the goal!
stay focused and remember how good it feels to fit in smaller jeans
