How to be able to touch my toes
"I can't believe I can hold my feet for over a minute with my legs straight! "
How I did it: I tired EVERYTHING, and I couldn't seem to touch my toes, until one day, I sat on the floor, grabbed my feet with my knees bent, and just push my legs forward without letting go. Each time I did it, I got farther, and Farther!
Lessons & tips: - Take dance class!
- Try everyday at least once!
