How I did it: I went to Canadas highest Bungee tower at 200ft, in quebec near Ottawa and I jumped there. They send you up in groups of 8 or so, and first one to the top is the first one that goes. The tower is located on a cliff ontop of a hill. The jump was situated overtop a water filled quarry. When your turn comes around they sit you down and strap the bungee cord to your ankles (btw: you also have the option to do a tandem or go in a waist/sitting harness, I went by my ankles), and then they tell you to stand at the edge, and they count down 3-2-1 BUNGEE and you jump. Oh ya, and they also tell you to put your arms above your head in a diving position so when you hit the water, your arms will break the impact.

Lessons & tips: Dont stare down while you are on the tower if it is your first time.
