How to stop cutting
How I did it: i struggled with anxiety and depression for a long time. but in the end what really helped me was just removing myself from what was causing distress in my life, i suppose you could look at it like i ran away from it.
but if anything i was beating it completly to death and reading too far into it.
you have to step back and just realize it probably does not matter and in the end you have to be happy yourself before you can make other people happy.
i had to be around people for a long time afterward to keep myself from doing it. but you physically have to want to stop, or you will just keep doing it.
i will admit i indulged in other habits.
but in the end you can't NOT be a cutter afterwards.
your just a cutter who does not cut anymore.
you just have to be happy.
thats all there is to it.
yeah alot easyer said than done, but you just have to think positive
