How to eliminate toxic people from my life by olliebird

How I did it: I just said fuck it and even though I'm hated against. I can't continue to keep a negative crowd around me. It takes alot of cajones to walk around holding on to your confidence while others still try to bring you down. I appriciated my real friends way more and my family. 

Lessons & tips: Don't hesitate . You KNOW what you have to do.

so how does one deal with the toxic people at work? On a personal level Ive got it covered except for the family drama which really can’t be done away with. It’s just the work crap, the attitudes and control issues stemming from my coworkers is just too much.
