How to lose 10 pounds
How I did it: I did it by watching what I eat. Using websites such as thedailyplate.com or sparkpeople.com are very useful. I didn't really exercise, but I am a college student so I walk constantly. I tried to incorporate more fruits and vegetables, and I'm still trying to eat less carbs (I'm a vegetarian, so fat usually isn't a problem). The main problem I've found is that it is hard to see changes in yourself - I feel that I still look mostly the same, but I've started receiving comments and compliments on how I'm looking thinner.
Lessons & tips: Lots of salads and fruits. I try to eat really well. However, I also try not to beat myself up too much if I go over my calorie range for the day - as long as its not too much. I exercise on days I go over, but other than that my exercise is pretty minimal.
