How to snowboard more
How I did it: Our "problem" was that little Morgan was born last year - all in all this kept us away from the slopes for two years, and given that he's only 10 months old now, it might have kept some parents away for longer.
What we did was make use of our extended family. We didn't drop Morgan off with the grandparents and fly away, we took our grandparents with us!
They took Morgan for daily walks all over the area (Alpe D'Huez), which has a large network of walking routes even in the middle of the ski season.
At the end of the day, and sometimes at lunchtime, we'd see the little one. In the meantime, we got some great skiing/boarding done.
And Morgan got to ride on a snowmobile!
Lessons & tips: Don't think that babies and adventure don't mix. We travelled by train instead of flying, and I'm sure Morgan enjoyed looking out of the panoramic windows of the Eurostar cafe bar rather than being stuck in a tiny aeroplane seat.
Don't do it alone - make use of your extended family, they want to help!
