How to eat Breakfast every day
"a great way to give me some "get up and go" in the morning!"
How I did it: Switching from never eating breakfast to making myself was a hard transition.
I started off by taking a piece of toast, wrapped in foil to work to eat some time during the morning. This was okay for a while, but I realised I still needed to change.
I have since been making myself get up just a little earlier, so I can enjoy a bowl of cereal and a drink. I'm already noticing the difference - my weight has improved, I feel less stressed in the morning and, like the adverts, I really do feel satsified until lunch!
Highly recommend giving this a go!
Lessons & tips: Start slow, and don't force yourself.
Try a wide range of cereals, toast and fruit until you find a breakfast worth getting up for!
