How to eat more fruits and vegetables

How I did it: When ordering dishes, make sure they are not fully meat and carb items, add those leafy veges or other varieties! It helps that I love eggplant! My next step is to load up on fruits as dessert items - I can't give up those sweet treats yet! Slowly but surely.
Lessons & tips: Keep at it even if you didn't meet your goal on some days.
