How to stop overeating
"Just change little things here and there, and DON'T BUY JUNK FOOD."
How I did it: All I did was start putting half as much butter, cheese and oil in meals. For a few days my stomach felt a little emptier, but then it adjusted and became easy.
Lessons & tips: Don't eat sugar, it's addictive, and you get sugar highs and crashes that make you want to eat more. Better to eat fat than sugar!
Just eat SLIGHTLY less until you get used to it, then slightly less again, and again, until you get to where you want to be. Small changes are easy, and add up into big changes over time.
