How I did it: I didn't really have a reason. It wasn't really for the animals or anything. Maybe I just thought I would be healthier. Anyhoo, it was surprisingly easy for me. I never even craved meat. :)

Lessons & tips: Don't listen to what other people say if they are trying to put you down for your choice, but, at the same time, don't try to convert other people or you can end up in a lot of trouble.
