How to play guitar
How I did it: I played guitar for 6 years... It all started when I was 11, and I thought that guitar was 'cool', learned my basic chords, got hooked and now I kinda play obsessively about 4 hours a day on a bad day xD! It becomes comforting to play if you're going through a bad phase in life and you can just whip out the guitar and express your emotions through it :D. I'm one of those people who want to master the instrument and music, and one day make a living from it, but you don't have to become a maniac, prior to whatever anybody thinks because it's no competition. Also learn to play every instrument ever known to mankind, that's all good if you're bored one day.
Lessons & tips: Learn jazz theory and you'll inadverantly ;earn everything to do with music theory in an interesting way, Learn the way you want to (Get a teacher if it benefits you), Try to find interesting ways of writing songs that are different and most importantly sound good and make you go 'z0mg!'
