How to exercise regularly
"I adopted the "just do it!" attitude--hitting the gym six days a week, and I feel infinitely better."
How I did it: Had houseguests who looked terrific and swore by the "Younger Next Year" book, which features real exercise six days a week. And it turned out to be an easy thing to build my mornings around--and I'm feeling firmer and generally quite motivated. Plus my daughter loves going to the free childcare part on weekends.
