How to go to bed earlier
"I enjoying waking up without alarm clock early even in winter now."
How I did it:
- Just keep on trying.
- Force you to get up earlier if needed
- Choose roommates that have matching bio-clocks
- Realize where you are wasting your time
- Do more sports, espescially on weekends, and then go to bed early after a light dinner and a good read.
- Start reading good books and allocate time for reading them.
- If you stay up one night longer, still get up when you wake up the next morning.
