How to drink less coffee
It made me
somewhat happier 
"no more coffee for me, thankyouverymuch"
How I did it: Read an article on the internet, made my own conclusions and cut it of cold turkey. Well, maybe not exactly cold turkey (I still drink few cups a month), but I'm doin' my best to quit completely.
