How to be a size 10
How I did it: Exercising and eating well. Working out for 40 minutes a day at least three times a week, watching what I eat (definitely cutting out sugars and treats), and drinking more water and less soda.
Lessons & tips: DON'T EVER GIVE UP JUST BECAUSE YOU DONT SEE RESULTS AT FIRST! In January of 2008, I had a major wake up call at 160 pounds. As of today, I am 138 pounds, and I'm still working my way down to my goal of 120 lbs. It's the first few weeks that are the hardest, but whenever you're faced with temptation, remember what your goal is. Envision yourself in the size you want. Think of how proud and surprised people will be when they see you transformed! I never thought I would ever lose any amount of weight, so I just kept eating. When I finally got up and actually tried, I realized it was possible and I KEPT GOING. YOU CAN DO IT, DONT EVER GIVE UP!

UPDATE: I'm a size 9 comfortably now, but I can fit into a 7. I'm now 136 pounds.
