How to start working out
"One step at a time, literally..."
How I did it:
- Commitment
- Writing down goals and what I wanted to achieve
- Willingness to change and set forth a healthy lifestyle.
- Helpful friends who are along for the ride.
Lessons & tips:
- Buy clothes in order to gear up for the work out so you are prepared
- Set goals for the month.
- Be realistic. It's not going to happen over night.
